Gaurav Prabhu leads the company’s technology vision and product development efforts. With more than a decade of experience in the IT industry, Gaurav has evolved from a hands-on front-end developer to a technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong project and team management skills. His ability to understand both engineering complexities and business objectives enables him to translate ideas into scalable, user-focused solutions.

Divya Iyer serves as the Fractional Chief Financial Officer at VELP (The Village That Helps), bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial leadership across the Information Technology, Services, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Financial Planning and Analysis, helping organizations drive sustainable growth through strategic financial management, robust forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
With deep expertise in management reporting, sales forecasting, and business transformation initiatives, Divya provides VELP with the financial insight and operational discipline needed to scale effectively while staying focused on its mission. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where she earned her management degree with a specialization in Finance, she combines analytical rigor with a practical business perspective to support long-term value creation and organizational success.
